Hello, and Welcome

It is a true privilege to serve as Superintendent of the Lawson R-XIV School District, where our proud tradition of excellence is matched only by our commitment to continuous growth and student success. I am honored to lead a team of dedicated educators and support staff who work each day tirelessly to ensure that every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and excel.

Education has always been a driving force in my life. I believe it is the great equalizer, opening doors, leveling the playing field, and empowering students to reach their fullest potential.

My academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University, a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University, a Master of Arts in School Leadership from Baker University, and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. Each of these experiences has strengthened my commitment to building student-centered, innovative, and welcoming learning environments where all learners can succeed.

In Lawson, our core beliefs guide everything we do:
