The Help Desk is available to all Park Hill staff, students, parents, and others who may need assistance with Lawson technology resources. Our team members are prepared to answer questions and help with immediate troubleshooting. If you have a request which requires a more complex solution, they will create a help ticket for you and refer it to the most appropriate technology team for a quick resolution.
